Leak testing, flow measurement technology:
In the course of a production line, many components have to be tested for tightness or for clearance in connecting channels. Mostly these tests are needed for castings and assembled housings. We also have expertise in this area. To test components for tightness, we use measuring equipment from well-known manufacturers or our own solutions with a wide variety of test methods.
On the contrary, if the flow is to be tested, for example in a cast connection channel, we can also offer an adequate solution. In this process, the measurement of a gas flow is combined with an optical method in order to be able to mask out disturbance variables such as duct roughness.
