Why chain?

In assembly and testing technology in particular, a wide variety of components often have to be brought together within confined spaces and in a fixed or variable sequence. In the process, these components often pass through various process stations. Depending on the desired degree of automation, the required cycle time or the available space, we can provide the optimum combination for your application from a wide range of handling devices and interlinking systems that have already been implemented.

Whether robot application with 6 and more axes or servo-controlled linear modules, whether workpiece carrier systems or simple pneumatic units, we will work out the technically and economically best combination for you. In order to increase productivity, shorten throughput times and thus reduce unit costs, we always work out individual solutions. This also includes layout planning and interface coordination with neighboring plants, hall infrastructure or logistics.

We design and plan the entire range of mechanical, semi- or fully automated systems using innovative planning software (3D CAD, Eplan, …) in conjunction with modern simulation tools.

Our planning and design for the interlinking of machines is based entirely on your requirements. The decisive factor here is that we integrate all stations and components perfectly into the existing process chain or even combine them directly with existing stations. It goes without saying that we take your specific release lists into account, but we are also happy to offer you cost-optimized standard designs.

Efficient
drive engineering

By converting individual functions to purely electric operation and dispensing with pneumatics, a reduction in maintenance costs can be achieved. The use of servo drives to replace pneumatics can reduce the number of components and significantly increase flexibility, which of course also reduces the risk of failure and downtimes. We want to further expand this trend and can already implement a large proportion of handling technology 100% electrically.

Gantrys

Gantries have always been common elements for all kinds of handling tasks. They offer application possibilities for almost every component spectrum and can also bridge large distances. Gantries are characterized by durability, low wear and easy maintenance.

We can offer you 2-axis gantries (line gantry) with one horizontal and one vertical axis or also 3-axis gantries (area gantry) with two horizontal and one vertical axis. In the higher load range, our components are characterized by a massive and highly loadable construction, the associated supporting elements (uprights, steel framework) meet all static and dynamic requirements.
