We explicitly offer solutions in the field of assembly of crankshaft bearing caps, assembly/disassembly of honing goggles, assembly of sealing plugs and caps in linkages, as well as stand-alone solutions. Leak test devices for the individual chambers of an internal combustion engine round off our product portfolio.

In engine assembly, high-performance engines are created from a large number of individual parts. Our plant systems take over the reliable assembly of individual parts up to the complete assembly of future-oriented electric motors. State-of-the-art production technologies perfectly complement the efficient plant concepts.
Component Pre-Assembly
For the machining of cylinder crankcases, a leak test of the water and oil chambers is required upstream, for which we supply the test station with the customer-specific test procedure. Using bolting methods, we assemble the automatically provided ladder frames or bearing covers on the workpiece.
In joining units, we assemble bushings, valves, balls, sealing plugs, or sealing caps, including the corresponding preliminary processes such as sealant application or oiling. Application quantity and tightness are recorded with adapted test systems to ensure quality.
In further work steps, the assembly of auxiliary components, so-called honing goggles, is required. For this purpose, we supply automated assembly and disassembly systems with integrated cleaning systems for the reuse of the auxiliary components.
Assembly lines for valve seat inserts and valve guides can be found in cylinder head machining lines. After the valve seats and valve guides have been pre-machined, the valve guides can be joined to press-in depth and the valve rings to face contact.
