For decades, we at PROWIN A+W have been training our own skilled workers in a total of 9 professions at our location in Jahrdorf. On 01 September 2021, we welcome Raphael, Jakob, Johannes and Tobias to the PROWIN A+W team.

The first day started for the newcomers (unfortunately) with a Corona test, but then it was time to go, because an exciting program awaited them. In addition to an introductory event, they were able to get to know the entire company premises and the individual departments. The special highlight was waiting a few days later:

The annual trainee excursion

A special team-building measure for all hourly employees and trainees at PROWIN A+W.
This year, everyone really stepped on the gas on the “Salzburgring” in the karting paradise of Vilsbiburg. The three fastest drivers were awarded with great prizes at the end of the race during the award ceremony.
